Afghan Alfouz Innovational Welfare Organization (AAIWO) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political organization established in 2018 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. AAIWO is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities through humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, and community empowerment.
The organization works across key sectors including healthcare, education, food security, livelihoods, social protection, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), emergency response, and capacity building. By focusing on the needs of women, children, youth, persons with disabilities, and disadvantaged populations, AAIWO promotes dignity, resilience, and self-reliance.
Working in partnership with communities, government institutions, and national and international organizations, AAIWO implements innovative and sustainable programs that address immediate humanitarian needs while supporting long-term development. Guided by the principles of integrity, inclusivity, accountability, collaboration, and excellence, AAIWO is committed to creating lasting positive impact and building stronger, more resilient communities across Afghanistan.
